1. Make sure to check your address if correct. You are fully responsible cover the shipping cost for us to reship your returned mail (new label has to be purchased).

3. We are not accepting returns at this time on certain products!!

4. We are not responsible for packages (lost, stolen or broken) once shipped out.

5. It is out of our control if there is a delay in shipping with postal services once shipped (especially during peak season such as holidays).
