Shelly Ruffin, affectionately known in the community as "The Boss Healer" is the owner of Fablane Jewels LLC, a spiritual wellness boutique, located in Bellflower Ca. Shelly was a medical professional for over 15 years, there is where she began giving compassion to her patients and insuring them the best possible quality care and getting them through their treatments. Shelly really loves being of service and helping clients have a better quality of life. This is also the time she started practicing the magic of manifestation. Over the last 20 years Shelly has consciously manifested her entire life, everything from relationships, cars, money , health etc. So she decided to share her experiences and gifts. She currently holds sacred space in the boutique that provides the community access to holistic services, spiritual jewelry, metaphysical products, and other healing experiences to encourage self development and empowerment.
